Del Taco ◊ 2017-05-08 09:24	I have strong reason to believe that this is a 1986 Model (Just like the one from the original Friday film) Because that is Mrs. Jones (Craig's mom) Car. Its actually interesting that they stuck to the lore on such a tiny background detail like that. Adjusted for inflation, a car like that back when it was new cost around $50,000. There is no way a middle class woman could realistically afford a new car anytime soon after investing in that one, so it makes perfect sense to me that she would have the same car many years later (Especially because those Volvos ran forever.) I can confirm that it's her car because there is a scene in the movie just before the party where it shows everyone driving away from the stripmall in a lineup, and that Volvo is there again. I even found a snapshot of it (In lower quality, but I got one) from said scene. I'll try to see if I can get a snapshot of it off of a blu ray in the near future for you guys.
