The fact that the driver of it communicates with the driver of the Rekord makes it two stars (or 1,5 stars if you prefer) - also this shouldn't be too difficult to solve if you knew where to look. |

how about you put your effort where your mouth is if you think it's so easy for a start do you even have an idea where the engine is ? front or back ? -- Last edit: 2016-04-19 23:55:29 |

I think you may have a better shot at it, with your experience and everything. As for me, I could have invested time and interest in gaining expertise - but I don't have time for it. The engine is in the back as you can see, due to all the vents at the back as well as there being a differential there (but it could be 4x4 anyway) - the colour seems to be part yellow, part light grey, and you see some of the lifting equipment up front that could give several clues. A distinctively-shaped body panel can be seen behind the middle barrier light - the red seat also has a distinctive shape which could be recognised. Overall, I initially thought it looked easy - because it has a distinct-looking appearance, so let's leave it open for now. By the way, why did you edit the comment into removing the nice link you provided? I saved it, because it could be useful for future reference. |

Lateef the damn thing can't be recognized thanks to the barrier and it's just 1 star, that it's yellow it totally irrelevant cos nearly all construction vehicles are, and that it has 4 equal wheels doesn't help either as nearly all loaders are so and nearly all have an engine at the back too... what you need to see on a loader is engine bay shape and design, loader mechanism , to have areal chance to ID, and in this thing the barrier obscures them completly and the link has been for over 2 years in the forum already Link to "imcdb.opencommunity.be" -- Last edit: 2016-04-20 11:51:58 |

First, this thing is two stars, not one - for the reason I stated above. Second, I said part-yellow, part-light grey - how many construction vehicles have this combination? There's Liebherr, for instance. Third, you wanted to know where the engine was, I answered it. There was never a promise that it would be narrowed down. Fourth, yes - this vehicle is obscured, but if you had a bunch of pictures of loaders photographed at this angle saved in a folder, all you had to do was to go through all the pictures and you'd find the match eventually. Because the outlines are there. That's what I'd do. Finally, I was asking why you'd remove the link - not where you had posted it before. -- Last edit: 2016-04-20 12:20:06 |

light grey is only the roof structure which guess what before the middle 70s they were mostly aftermarket as the machines were sold without roof just like tractors you can't see if its rigid or articulated and if you can't even see that even with 2 stars belongs to comments |

I go with german O&K L4 because 1) it's german 2) operator is right at the back like main 3) seems to have engine exaust on the right side besides the driver 4) seems to have same headlights bar in front of the driver 5) seems to be correct more compact size That's the best I can do with that very limited main shot ![]() ![]() ![]() earlier years were sold in yellow like main Link to "www.ebay.com" -- Last edit: 2016-11-29 14:25:44 |
