This "III" indicates 3rd generation of Urbino. It would fit better into Mk field. It can be there although there are few complications: 1st - some of 3rd generation Urbinos started to be made as interim "3,5 generation". 2nd - to be honest it looks somewhat strange with word "Series" (I, II, III) next to model name, but it is less important. On this occassion it is also worth to note that in our times "made for country" tags aren't very accurate in case of city busses seen in European countries (Malta might be exception). Standarization at the country level nearly doesn't exist anymore - every city orders vehicles according to own needs.
