CLM or CLW 456, both early 1936. Any ideas for the posh thing (RR??) on left?? Plate is AxH 653 where x = C, D, G or O. ACH was 1947, ADH early 1934 Walsall, AGH 1933 London, AOH 1934 Birmingham. My vote onscreen is AGH. |

I would guess Bentley for the 'posh thing on the left'. The Hupmobile is a 1935 model. The '36 had a more 'fencer's mask' grille. There were several different models and as this one has a one piece windshield unlike the top end models with the three piece version. I think this could be either a 518-D or a 521-O - http://momentcar.com/images/hupmobile-series-521o-1935-4.jpg -- Last edit: 2016-05-02 06:41:59 |
