Indeed it is an Ominbus used in Disneyland. Not sure about the make and model but I'm pretty sure the real model came from the 1920s. This was one of the 3 vintage vehicles that you can ride down Main Street. Others include a horse drawn carriage and the first fire truck.

Quote An entire fleet of those was built for Disneyland and other Disney operations, like the EPCOT Center, in 1956 by Disney Studios.
So yes, the manufacturer is indeed Disney Studios. They were built on Ford F-500 Chassis and running gear, but the drivetrains have been updated over the years. Currently they have GM Duramax V8s installed.

Bus desinger Bob Gurr says all were built in-house. The first two on International Harvester chassis in '56 & '57, which were swapped to Chevy chassis around '76, and an entirely new bus fleet for Epcot in '82 on Chevy chassis.
