 It's an Opel KAD, but I'm not sure what model.

 Simple back panel so not a Diplomat. The Admiral had tiny parallel trim on the back panel, so it should be a Kapitän - early ones had Kapitän lettering on the back panel, but this one has the script on the right side of the boot, making it a 1966+
