 I think this is a van made from a modified car. That radiator looks like a Rolls-Royce from the '30s. I don't know the story of the movie. Is it possible that it is a British vehicle in WW2 Europe?? Maybe I should go look at IMDB?

 The russian army is on the way from East to Berlin, and they don't have see british or US troops at this time. GDR-Movie from 1968.
