@ Jale (and Raji) The Medium-duty complement is not set on most of the concerned trucks, in the IMCDb. As long as the search engine doesn't allow to search on both the model name and the complement, it's in fact not really useful to have it, all the more as the difference between the light-duty and the medium-duty versions is easy to see... @ Raji: Please avoid this kind of dubious link: despite what you wrote, your link doesn't show C-Series trucks with a Medium Duty complement, but only C-Series with a Trucks, Simple truck class. Tow trucks, trailer trucks and fire trucks are missing, plus the ones which were given (wrongly, for me) the Cars, Chassis Cab class. |

I disagree. I think it's important to have it listed, as a way to look through them separate from the light duty pickups/cabs. |

I would agree if we were able to find them among C-Series. As said above, the current search engine cannot handle a 2-field search: for now one can only search for GMC Medium Duty or for GMC C-Series, and it's impossible to combine the results of these searches... So no use = useless, for me ![]() -- Last edit: 2016-06-02 01:48:04 |

Yes I've tried to search using both C-Series and the Medium Duty extra-info and it didn't work, but I don't agree with the point of ignoring the Medium Duty part since it can be helpful when you use it by checking only the extra-info field for both Chevrolet and GMC (examples linked in the makes). I know my linking was a little bit mistaken by using it on both C-Series and Medium Duty text, while the Medium Duty wasn't really included in the search-link, and I'm sorry about that ![]() -- Last edit: 2016-06-02 02:30:57 |
