They put those headlights on the European imports apparently. There was a Suburban recently with them too. They did sell the [GMT400] in 1999 alongside the new [GMT800], much in the same way they sold the 2007 [GMT800] as a Classic alongside the new 2007 [GMT900]. |

This is NOT a 1999. Sportside was not offered in this body style for 1999: Link to "www.ebay.com" - Best I could find but it does mention the body styles available in 1999 and Sportside was not offered .gif ";)") 1998 was the last year for the Sportside bed. Edit: by the dash this is 1995/1996 model. The plate, headlamps and grille are all easily changed out. Just check out GMT400's forum to see all the different swaps. I got the car's real plate, but it gives me two different VINs. Both start with 1GCEK14K0SZ...but the serial number is either 439755 or 139755. 439 gives me: Brand CHEVROLET Name Pickup - 03,43,53 Bodystyle (4WD) Vin 1GCEK14K0SZ139755 Production 06.12.1994 Year 1995 Engine (L05) ENGINE,5.7L,8 CYLINDER,TBI Transmission (MG5) TRANSMISSION,MANUAL 5-SPEED(GETRAG) |
