CougarTim ◊ 2016-06-12 20:19	RTA is Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority of Cleveland, Ohio. RTA favored Flxible for a long time, and I believe 8812 would be one of those. The closest one I could find a positive ID on was 8853 described as a 1988 Flxible 40102-6C.
