Platform from the 1947-55 New Design truck line, with the 1949+ light-duty grille. The wheelbase (apparently 137"/3.48 m) and the wheel rims indicates then a 1-ton 250 model.
With the 1951+ vent windows but still with the 1947-51 rotating door handle: a 1951 only model, which means a 253-22 model code.
