PS: Encore ces fameuses dénominations Alfa ;-) -- Last edit: 2005-11-24 21:01:55 |

BE AMAZED!!! I've seen this movie frame by frame and.... yes it is.... an Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA!! ![]() You can see the typical GTA door locks in this frame, and on another frame the GTA steering wheel! -- Last edit: 2007-02-25 04:47:28 |

It has in fact the GTA door locks and handles, so it's 1965 ( the Giulia Sprint GTA was introduced at that year "Salon de Genève" ). It's, of course, a matter of taste, but I can't help asking why did someone change the beautiful original Sprint GTA wheels. |

Well done. I had no look at the door handles. Shame on me. Quite extraordinary to find one "stradale" version in such a movie! Question: Giulia Sprint GTA (1600) 1965+ or Giulia GTA 1300 Junior 1968+ ? -- Last edit: 2007-02-26 10:31:13 |

It lacks the white ( because it's a red car ) stripes and cloverleaf of the GTA Junior and certain details, like the dashbord ( fake wood in the GTA Junior instead of matt grey in the Sprint GTA ) are not visible. Nevertheless, judging by the height of the body from the waistline till the rear wheel arch ( higher in the Sprint GTA than in the GTA Junior ), I would say it's a Giulia Sprint GTA. -- Last edit: 2007-02-26 17:11:02 |

I think that this car is a 1600 also. In the movie you can see a little bit of the interior and it has the grey dashboard. In the picture shown above it is still possible to see the top of the driver seat and, from my point of view, it seems to be the typical "bucket" seats from the 1600. The 1300 seats are very similar to the 1750 Gtv Mk1, and doesn't seem to be those ones I think.... |

Right! Only an idiot would remove campy wheels for something else. i.e. any Pantera owner |
