Looks like a 1954 to 56 Series II Morris Oxford to me. Trafficator fitted between doors in b-pillar, a Morris quirk on such cars, opening quarter light and horn ring on steering wheel so not a Cowley. That's a Desmo Boomerang wing mirror, obtainable from Halfords at the time and fitted in about half an hour, if you've got the bottle to drill a half inch hole in your car.
