What kind of reckless driver is living there anyways? He's beat his Ranchero to crap even though it's only a few years old. |

Gamer, if you were around at the time, you'd know that 1970s Detroit wasn't known for making cars that aged gracefully. Most of them turned into sad buckets of rust in less than ten years. The DirecTV dish was a bit of an oversight, I'm sure. |

Hmmm.... I was around in the 1970's and that wasn't my experience. While I'm the first to admit that rust protection has improved over the years, any car looking like that Ranchero back then was an example of neglect. My family owned numerous cars from the 1950's to the 1970's and none of them looked remotely like that simply because we took care of them. -- Last edit: 2016-09-06 17:22:23 |

My Grandfather still has a 1972 Datsun 240z and it's in good condition because he has taken care of it pretty well, though of course it is starting to have problems that come along with age (paint fading, a couple of rust spots on the chrome, oil leaks, trouble starting, brakes etc...). It still runs well though. |

It's all just a matter of ones willingness to care for his vehicle. -- Last edit: 2016-09-09 19:16:10 |
