our best Sherman versions guide ![]() http://the.shadock.free.fr/sherman_minutia/ welded hall excludes A1 , can't say if it's the longer A4 from this shot or not or if it has US markings looks like the 75 mm gun and those 3 rings on top of the turret make me thing it's a Ford M4 A3 http://the.shadock.free.fr/sherman_minutia/sherman_types/m4a3/m4a3.html -- Last edit: 2016-07-16 22:57:52 |

The flag on the gearbox looks like the Red-White-Red the British used in Italy, the Jerrycan rack on the mudguard is similar too. So I'd say probably a Sherman III or M4A2. What do you think Mike962? ![]() /vehicles_make-Fisher_model-M4+A2+%27Sherman%27.html Link to "en.m.wikipedia.org" Link to "commons.m.wikimedia.org" http://www.ww2incolor.com/britain/ShermanRegiodeCalabre.html |

hmm with that flag it means likely Diesel and the A2 version as the A3 was never used by the british so that indeed |
