Looks like a Dolly Sprint, could be that it has vinyl covered c pillars and the wheels look very Sprint. |

Yes indeed; the car is a Sprint. Look at the seam on the vinyl roof. |

Is the Opel Manta A in the background worth to mention? Wasn't it quite rare in Britain? O.k., by the plate it can be a French tourist. Probably not a dutch one, because -as I know- the dark blue Dutch plates are a bit shorter than that one above. |

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opel_Manta As this Wikipedia article says, the Manta [A] was sold in the UK as such, so this could well be British registered. White/silver on black plates were still legal then; they still are on cars first registered before 1973. |
