 This looks like a Puch RL 125 or RLA 125. The RLA had electric start (and no kick start), but it wouldn't be possible to see the kick start lever from this angle. See Link to "www.rbo.at"

 Since the movie was made in 1954 and the RLA was introduced in 1955, it could only be the RL.
