Talbot-Darracq 15/20 hp 2 seater racing 1921 .The pictures show the Talbot- Darracq team at the first JCC ( Junior Car Club)long distance 200 mile race held at Brooklands in 1921.The JCC category admitted only light cars either 4 seaters weighing less than 15 centiweight or 2 seaters weighing less than 13 cwt with an engine capacity of less than 1500 cc for a 4 stroke or less than 1200 cc for a two stroke .The winning car -I suppose by looking at the pictures it is racing number 14 but not 100 % sure , I have no data on these racing numbers- was driven by Henry ( later Sir) Henry Seagrave seen here. |

The official type designation seems to have been Talbot-Darracq 56 .The other members of the team were K. Lee Guinness and Malcolm Campbell who would later challenge HenrySeagrave on the land speed records. |

The gentleman in the last photo is Kenelm Lee Guinness (Bill), not Henry Seagrave. |
