 If the plate would be better visible, surely a combination from East-Berlin (the number-block were different in the two traffic authority-offices in Berin until the late 90ies). This LDV-DAF was very popular in the former DDR after 1990, because it was much cheaper than the other Vans. Plus the fact, that the East Germans were not that fixed to brands as the West Germans were.
