![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() A slight anachronism as the film is set in the year 1887! ![]() The vehicle was obviously made for the film and used in a way no one would treat a historic car. Has anyone an idea if there is a real car looking like this? |

The IMDB goofs page says it's a Renault from around 1914: http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0300471/goofs It's also amusing to see the paving and bollards outside the Palace of Westminster, which were very new when the film was made. -- Last edit: 2007-03-27 23:28:19 |

Despite what IMDb says, someone on YouTube identified it as resembling a 1909 Mercedes-Benz Tourismo and I'm inclined to agree with them. |

The car should only get 3 stars because it was sadly not used that much in the movie |
