 I think this is more likely 1962/63 version due to the combination of new taillights and old Pope nose :think:

 For DE market the larger taillights were introduced May 2, 1961 so With this view MY1961-63 possible, I think

Looks like L390 Gulf Blue, available all these years (and 1964 as well)
