With these hood and fender emblems, a 1955 only Task-Force truck for sure. A light-duty (½-ton 3100 to 1-ton 3800) model without a doubt. But unless being able to read what is written on the fender emblem, how can a 3100 model be identified here? The Stepside name has been used only from 1958 onward. And it was a bed option name. But if I'm not mistaken, there is no bed visible here  (In fact, nothing in this picture indicates a pickup.
