looks like a wartime german Kfz1 personnel carrier on a BMW chassis..BUT whats against it being so is the rear mounted spare tyre and those strengthening strips to the doors..cant match these features to a wartime Kfz1 based chassis..possibly a post WW2 east German copy or a rebuild. -- Last edit: 2007-04-06 15:08:26 |

Tatra 57K ('K' for Kübelwagen). They were produced for the German Wehrmacht from 1941 until about 1944. 2491tj is right, they were classed as Kfz.1 |
