Both Deluxe models had chrome window surrounds. However, the facelift 1963 S21S-4 Skyline standard did have both painted window surrounds and that chrome side stripe. The 1963 S21D-4 Skyline Super (Deluxe) also had painted window surrounds, but had a very different chrome side stripe. Im going to go with 1963 Skyline Standard S21S-4.
