In the US I believe the only year these cars come with DTRLs is 1996. Perhaps this is a 1996 Ciera with a replacement front bumper? |

Well, the '96's had no Oldsmobile front nameplates so that fits. Will list as 1996. |

Thanks, Commander. Never noticed the lack of the front nameplate before. Also, I'm changing the name to Ciera as the Cutlass portion of the name was dropped for 1996. |

Quite true. Thanks for that clarification. Based on your name, do you own a Ciera? (I have a '94 sedan in the same "medium garnet red" color. But with the correct color-coordinated bumper!) -- Last edit: 2011-09-17 14:14:53 |

Is it just me or do the rocker panels look to be the same color as the bumper? Could this be some two-toned special edition? and yes cieraguy you are correct about the DRLs, the only GM car to have DRLs in the US in 1995 was the Corsica all other GM cars got DRLs in 1996 -- Last edit: 2011-09-17 14:49:12 |

Back in the day (2006) when I first joined this site I had one. A light blue 1995 sedan with the V6. I miss that car. Mine wasn't color coordinated, though... It had a tan hood and passenger side front quarter panel both of which came from a Cutlass Cruiser lol. -- Last edit: 2011-09-19 23:21:02 |

Hmm... I noticed that too but I doubt it's some special edition mainly because the last few years of this car's production they were sold in one trim level with very few options. Basically by this time the Ciera catered to fleet buyers and those looking for a no frills midsize. Someone could, however, have painted it like this later on. |
