Maybe interesting? |

Yes indeed. It's a 1960 Buick 4-door Hardtop "Vistaroof" Not sure of model. Any guesses? BTW...Vistaroof doesn't need to be in the title of this model. -- Last edit: 2007-04-07 00:05:48 |

made me think of an Invicta, other possibilities would be an Electra or LeSabre, -- Last edit: 2007-04-07 02:33:23 |

No portholes (ventiports) on 59 model, think 60 models did. Check for underside trim to eliminate the LeSabre model. Thoughts? |

Well, can we at least agree that it's a 1960 model? |

Yes, definitely a 1960. No 59 models had horizontal side trim. I spent more time than I care to admit looking for clues about the car's length, but if one of those guys moves within the frame to make out the front fender badging, we'll know more. Invictas did not have chromed rocker panels, as I was mistaken earlier. The Le Sabre badge is scripted with a large "L" and "S." The Invicta and Electra badges are rectangular. 225 Models have full-chrome side trim below the belt line, which this car does not. |
