The New Yorker came with a V8, and that was a (major) difference between it and the Windsor DeLuxe, which had a straight six. The Windsor DeLuxe has different trim, and this does not have the New Yorker DeLuxe trim. This car also has the Airtemp air conditioning option, you can see the intake vents for the rear unit towards the front of the trunk, just behind the C pillar. I know that the Airtemp option was available with the V8, but I don't know if it was available with the I6. I would guess that this is probably a New Yorker.
