 Yes, I guess it can be a conversion of a C6G (http://grumlt.citrina.lt/autos/AC6/1932_C6_Omnibus.jpg), an early U32 (http://www.citroenet.org.uk/utilities/type-32/type32.html) or maybe an Type 29 (http://grumlt.citrina.lt/autos/Type_29/29s.jpg).

 I think it is a U23 from 1935-40. you can see at the 3. pic the wheel with 6 bolt's. The type U32 have 8 bolt's.

 Hello,

At first you can see 8 bolts on the front right wheel, not 6.
This strange and unusual vehicle is a Citroën but no, it's not a Type 32, not a Type 23 and not a Type 45 !
The body shape is very old (rear on the top)
The chassis is probably a C6 or (I think) a Type 29 (1933), but with other bonnet and other front grille.
This vehicle was rebuilt with some pieces of different vehicle probably after the Second War.

D'abord il y a 8 écrous de roue et non pas 6.
Ce véhicule n'est ni un Type 32, ni un Type 23, ni un Type 45.
Le style de la caisse arrière est très ancien, de la mode de la fin des années 1920.
Le châssis est probablement celui d'un C6 ou (comme je le pense) d'un Type 29 de 1933, mais avec un capot et une calandre qui ne correspondent pas au véhicule.
Ce véhicule a sans doute été reconstruit après la Seconde Guerre avec des pièces de différents véhicules.
