This doesn't look like Florida, so it must be in the UK or Belgium. Subaru 284 in the UK: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subaru_BRAT Or Subaru MV Pickup according to us. ![]() /vehicle_359372-Subaru-MV-Pickup-AT-1982.html -- Last edit: 2017-01-08 23:14:53 |

And that's why I left the name blank. Anyone know the location? Most fun name is the Australian version, the Brumby. -- Last edit: 2017-01-08 23:51:37 |

Looks UK. imdb lists East Portholland, Cornwall which may fit the geology of the stonework. Or Lake District, Wales, parts of Scotland etc. If UK, the pick-up was called Subaru Shifter in early 1980s at least. |

A discussion about the 'Shifter' name here: /vehicle.php?id=801224 |

Cancel Shifter reference - I've done some digging and discovered it was a front-wheel-drive version sold here for only 6 months from Sept 81 - details given at /vehicle.php?id=801224. So if this one is mid-80s or earlier, M.V. name used here for the normal 4wd pick-up. |
