atom ◊ 2017-01-19 10:27	I would say a 1972-1973 145 Express but with 1986-1993 245 trim and bumpers. Note that the raised rood starts behind the B-pillar, new door handles but it still has the quarter windows in the front doors. Also note that the left vehicle is a mirror image of the right one, 1972+ 145 and 245 only had the ventilation under the rear side window on the right side of the body.
