Perhaps "S" - Special, not only because it was more common than "standard", but also there is something like silver strip at the bottom of the B-pillar and edges of wheel arches shine, like there would be silver trim there. |

You could easily be right. but the car is too far to be sure. I think it is better just to state it is a series I Fiat 132. If the picture were prior to 1977 I would have spot the outside mirror. The 132 S was the lone Fiat sedan to have had a standard outside mirror for the Italian market (every convertible and wagon had always such items). Since early 1977 the outside mirror on the left side became mandatory for new cars and older ones should have been fitted with. -- Last edit: 2017-01-23 15:52:54 |

Yes, at least 2nd person is needed to confirm or deny. Based only on my assumptions, I wouldn't list it as "S" with this view. ![]() |
