 Set in Australia (and filmed there), in 1920.

Beige background car (looks to me like they just put a different spare wheel on the back in different scenes), probably not identifiable because cars from this era tend to look similar from a distance. There's also some kind of roadster thing parked further behind that in the 1st and 2nd thumbnail and also in the 2nd thumbnail, something even further behind that (in front of the white house):
