Unidentifiable/Vaguely drawn/Generic-looking vehicles which have roles in episodes: Buckley's motorcycle. One of the Strickland Propane tanker trucks, they appeared in episodes in the earlier series. From episode 2.04 "Hilloween", driven by Junie Harper. Buck Strickland's car (vaguely reminiscent of a 1970s Cadillac Eldorado) in Series 3-4, replaced by a Cadillac Seville which first appears in episode 4.14 "High Anxiety Part 2: Naked Ambition". Kahn's company car, appears in episode 3.13 "De-Kahnstructing Henry". From episode 4.06 "A Beercan Named Desire". This mechanical digger features in episode 4.08 "Not in my Back-Hoe" Liz Strickland's car, appears in episode 4.13 "High Anxiety Part 1: Hanky Panky". From episode 4.18 "Won't You Pimai Neighbor?", a minivan used by the Buddhist monks, referred to a Ford Windstar (but uses the same design as minivans in other episodes). From episode 4.18 "Won't You Pimai Neighbor?". Peggy spots a "My child is a honor student" bumper sticker and yells "Yeah? Well my son is God to millions of Asians!" Cotton Hill's car (one of a series of "Cadillac Cars" he owns), appears in episode 5.06 "When Cotton Comes Marching Home". Used by Hank and Peggy to pull their parade float in episode 5.06 "When Cotton Comes Marching Home". From episode 5.06 "When Cotton Comes Marching Home", referred to as a Hyundai Sonata, but looks nothing like one. In episode 5.10 "Yankee Hankee", this large pickup truck overtakes Hank and the driver yells "Go back to New York!" In episode 5.11 "Hank and the Great Glass Elevator", Bill starts dating Former-Texas Governor Ann Richards, this is her chauffeur-driven car (vaguely reminiscent of a 1998 Lincoln Town Car) Two teenagers chase Bobby in this customised hatchback in episode 5.20 "Kidney Boy and Hamster Girl: A Love Story". -- Last edit: 2012-07-29 21:09:51 |

Opal, I already did seasons 1-5 back in 2007 and I can pretty much promise you any "missing car" you try to add from those seasons will be considered too generic by the others. By the way, don't you know that you can now use this site to host pictures for thumbnails in comments? /upload.php (or scroll down to where it says "You can store pictures on the site for including in your message.") It's better than using other image hosting website (pictures load much quicker when you click on them) -- Last edit: 2012-05-14 21:06:31 |
◊ 2012-05-14 21:14 |
Also, opal, when you add thumbnails of too-generic vehicles or other vehicles not worth listing, please include the episode number. |
◊ 2012-05-31 18:30 |
Oh, I didn't see that. |
◊ 2012-05-31 19:27 |
Yes, those pictures should really be 720x540, I didn't realise at the time I'd gotten the aspect ratio a bit wrong. This was back when there the image size limit on this site was different. |

Anyone have any images of the tank Bill steals? For some reason I doubt it's an M1 Abrams. |

What I want to know is what is Cotton's car in the season 6 episode, "The Father, The Son and J.C." (aired December 16, 2001)? I am unsure of what it is and cannot find any source (yet) to indicate what it is...though I THINK that it MIGHT be a Lincoln Versailles, but I am not at all sure...it's very hard to tell. Can anyone help me here? |

From that angle, with what is obviously a parallel twin, it looks like a Honda CB. Possibly a CB 650. -- Last edit: 2012-07-23 09:52:25 |

You only submitted pictures that were previously posted in comments, right? |
◊ 2012-07-28 01:52 |
And why can't they be added? |
◊ 2012-07-29 21:08 |
Because they were already deemed to be generic/unidentifiable. Don't say you provided those pictures because you didn't |
◊ 2012-07-30 01:58 |
The police car from ep. 6.03 looks like a 1990 Taurus, though. The only thing wrong is the rear doors extend slightly further than they actually do, but otherwise, it is definitely identifiable as a Taurus. -- Last edit: 2012-07-30 18:51:21 (G-MANN) |
◊ 2012-07-30 03:52 |
Also, couldn't that motorcycle be added as a Honda CB? |
◊ 2012-07-30 10:21 |
I can just as easily argue that the police car is a 1992 Ford Crown Victoria. There's a reason those vehicles were all deemed too generic. |
◊ 2012-08-06 05:01 |
It does look a lot more like a Crown Victoria, except it seems the hood and trunk have been drawn a bit short. Otherwise, it looks more like a Crown Vic than a Taurus. |

1988+ Buick Regal and Chevrolet Beretta. Beretta is definitely accurate enough in my opinion. -- Last edit: 2017-05-06 08:12:48 |

No such thing as a Honda 650 parallel twin, the guy who drew this clearly had a 60's Triumph in mind. |

In s6 e3, one of the officers driving them literally said that it was a Crown Victoria after hank asked if it was a caprice. |

There are a ton of vehicles missing as I am currently watching the show. |
◊ 2022-04-26 15:31 |
Yes, I'm still waiting for the HD complete release. Adding them now would be waste of time. |
◊ 2022-04-26 16:37 |
Sorry, I see now that you added that entry from 8.22 in your comments above. Why didn't you add the vehicle? As such, my name can be removed from the contributors list for this show. By the way there won't be a HD release for this show since it was only made in SD. -- Last edit: 2022-04-26 22:36:35 |

Here's some vehicles that I remember: - military vehicles when Cotton sees babies and gets WWII flashbacks (can't remember which episode, but if I recall it was before Good Hank was born. Knowing KotH's attention to detail, these are probably real tanks) - definite Passat B5 in "Night and Deity", ** - Willie Lane's 3rd gen Trans Am (which becomes a second gen in the next shot) and Kahn's Yard-Man mower in "New Cowboy on the Block" (the only one of the gang's mowers to be based off a real model) ** - Mini in the establishing shot of "Smoking and the Bandit" - that's definitely worth listing. What Texan would drive a Mini?... -- Last edit: 2023-02-03 22:52:37 |

I think we should accept Kahn’s Yard-Man, it has a role, and it’s a very rare occasion of a mundane work vehicle in an animated series being modeled after a real vehicle. It’s also the only one of the gang’s mowers to be based off something real. A picture for comparison: Link to "mowerpartsland.com" |
◊ 2023-01-24 12:03 |
Part of the issue with that one was the quality of the picture. It was from the same episode as this one by Opal (which looks like a Hyundai Excel to me) The picture you submitted was framed wrong for TV Series (1.33:1) and the colors were off and it wasn't as sharp. |
◊ 2023-01-24 15:48 |
Opal usually sees the picture and replaces it within a few hours with a better quality one whenever a new animated vehicle gets added, like clockwork. At least from my experience. -- Last edit: 2023-01-24 15:48:44 |

KotH is getting a reboot at Hulu! -- Last edit: 2023-01-31 23:07:16 |
◊ 2023-02-01 15:59 |
Finally the confirmation, yes. Of course it's going to be on Hulu - only a handful in the Old World watched the show. In Germany they made three attempts to establish it which all fell flat. Should we extend the year range to 2023 like when Beavis & Butthead returned to MTV in 2011, or make a new page? And would anyone mind if I did the reboot, or is it restricted to opal? I would also like to request that I do the reboot as I haven't done any movies in a long time (as of February 12, 2023) and want to keep my skills fresh. Opal also missed a lot of cars here that were actually real. -- Last edit: 2023-02-12 21:27:42 |
