Now this is definately meant to be a Geo because it is said so in the dialogue. |

Wow, that's a Geo? The front end reminds me of an old Peugeot. |

I wonder which one ![]() But maybe there is something from the Citroën Ami 6 in that front... (just a thought) |

Well the front is from Citroen, and in The Blues Borthers, they refer to their Dodge as a Winnebago. |

The one they exported to America in the early '80s. Kinda looks like this: http://www.garage24.net/505ww/50593.jpg |

I do not think that it looks much like the Geo of that drawing. Yes the lowered part of the grill may make think to it. But for this point the Citroën Ami is much closer. -- Last edit: 2006-05-16 09:56:39 |

I can tell by the profile that its a GEO. GM's pathetic attempt at a compact car for people on a budget. Built by Suzuki,(Some from Izuzu) it was sold under Chevy/Geo Dealerships. Canned in 97, as they were outright junk. |

No Metros were made by Isuzu (that was the Spectrum and Storm) While the first Metros were built by Suzuki after 1990 almost all of them were built by CAMI (GM/Suzuki joint venture) in Canada. Also the Metro was not canned in 1997 it lated until 2001 and the statement of them being outright junk is a matter of opinion. I have seen many Metros with 400K+ miles on the odo ![]() |
