On tv yesterday. I zapped over it in a nice car chase between the Ford CV and the Ford F-150. |

Hmm, is it really that nice?? Star Wars Fanatic got it and eliminated it because he said it didnt worth having it, i DO trust him as he's also a car chases fanatic like me, but what is your opinion Garco? |

Well, I liked it. I have seen better but it was a nice chase. You don't have to buy the movie to see it actually... |

In my opinion, it's an alright chase. Nothing special about it, but still enjoyable. One thing I never understood was why Andy Garcia never used the damn siren on the Crown Victoria. |

It's sluggish, unexciting, lacks real tension and the highway scene is abysmal due to its potential of having some satisfying accidents on the freeway when he is forced onto the opposite carriageway. A missed opportunity. |

We have seen so many chases and now we are very demanding with the chases, we MUST see more action, and also we like seing well done chases and well filmed to be happy with it, though we are always willing to see a "realisticly-done" car chase ![]() -- Last edit: 2007-06-25 22:31:39 |

What I like about the chase is that there was no CGI or special effects. It was a good, average chase, for a good, average movie. |

And they don't always need overdone CGI or special effects, which is mainly why the likes of Bullitt, The Seven-ups and Ronin are so appealing ![]() |

Yes but as Star Wars Fanatic says we have favorite chases and they dont include CGI whatsoever, as he says my favorite chase for example, Ronin, no CGI, no huge special effects, not to mention our big range of chases from the seventies ![]() ![]() |

Yes, I understand what you guys are saying, this chase definitely had more potential. But I stand by what I said, an average chase for an average movie. Still enjoyable, in my opinion. |

You cant understand our point of view im afraid, and we dont mind the movie, not an excuse the chase can be miles better not counting how the film is. |

@humungus could use an upgrade. Some real plates are shown. If you are interested in upgrading. |

HD upgrade done. Alas, it's matted widescreen so some pics couldn't be replaced. As ever, there's some stuff not listed. There's a ![]() ![]() ![]() It may or may not be the same as this one shown earlier as a backgroundmobile: ![]() ![]() Speaking of ambulances: ![]() Some school buses hover in the background outside the hospital and prison for no discernible reason.
