Remake of the French movie Cible émouvante. A bus with a plate well readable but not found on MyCarCheck: ![]() I found this sign funny, especially since before now I did not know that "ford" was a noun and not only a name/make ![]() ![]() -- Last edit: 2011-07-28 17:52:11 |

Filmed in the UK and the Isle of Man. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1235189/locations Perhaps the bus was filmed in the Isle of Man with a false number plate. -- Last edit: 2010-10-19 22:36:06 |

I am not sure that MyCarCheck includes busses/trucks actually (but as I do not know the make of the bus, I can't check on DVLA ![]() |

Crossing a ford is usually called "fording" ![]() Most standard cars can ford up to about 10 inches or 254 mm of water (assuming there is no current) without water intrusion. The average garden-variety pickup or SUV can ford up to 20 inches or 508 mm of water (again, assuming there is no current) without water intrusion. |
