 550x292 (1.88:1) is a bit "flat", I think. (I get this impression while watching the 403s.)
Anyway, since the format is supposed to be 2.35:1, the movie you visited, 50sParis, was certainly pan&scanned.

Well… Nice collection anyway (as usual with you!).

 Pic #2 at the wrecking yard (The American car with the front wrecked)looks like a '56 Ford Fairlane Victoria? (NOT the rarer Crown Victoria,with the fancy chromework on the roof?)
