It is funny to see so many Renault & Peugeot cars in a non-European movie ![]() Unfortunately, not many of the background vehicles are visible enough to be mentionned here ![]() -- Last edit: 2007-01-09 23:31:41 |

The one he buys looks like a '55 Chevrolet BelAir made in the 90's by Buby, an argentinean manufacturer, in its "Collectors Classics" range. http://www.themotorpool.net/product_p/bubc1hg.htm |

Nah. There are many things I don't know ! French buses, american cars from the 20's, and much more. But I've read a lot of car magazines and websites, and I have some memory, so... -- Last edit: 2007-01-10 00:45:31 |

I didn't found this Buby Chevy Bel Air... nice find Exiv96! .... Buby is a very interesting argentinian Die-cats models range, very rare to find them in mint&boxed condition in Europe... I suppose there are high value for Agentinian collectors too .. On this picture, I see from left to right: Porsche 356B Coupé (green) = make? (Marklin?, ...) Mercedes Benz 300 SL Coupé (blue/white) = QUIRALU (french make ...I had it ) Chevrolet Bel Air = BUBY (as Exiv96 said then) Ford Thunderbird Convertible 61 = could be SOLIDO (F) Sedan unknown (UK model?) = ....I think about SPOT-ON, but seems to not to be 1/42th actually... so just an idea Aston Martin DB5 = SOLIDO or CORGI-TOYS A nice share for collectors by the way ![]() |
