… or "The Elegant Life of Mr. Everyman" by Kihachi Okamoto.

Very few vehicles, surprisingly enough for this movie set in Tokyo and suburbs in the early 60's. But a compelling if talkative story, where are used many means of narration (among which, cartoons). In the end, a moving movie.

PS: at least one 'Kei car' I can't identify.
