I thought, that the film was set earlier, but the illumination-quality looks older than from the 90ies. And there are no newer -mostly unwillingly visible- background-details. |

Actually the year on YouTube should be 1991 and 1992 and also the IMDb says its 1999 but the re-release is April 11 2000 so this is wrong here is the info: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0344816/ |
