Love #CityofFear for the perfect 50/50 mix of '58 Fords and '57 down Fords. |

I'm reassessing City of Fear now, in 2023, because it is a heck of a Ford movie. Intriguingly, the police cars are cast in reverse chronological order. First rhe '58s, then the '57 performing pedestrain duties like barrier service, then the '56s all rolling out of the station when the general alarm sounds. In-car camera was a neat, perhaps a touch of Gun Crazy (1950) but of course, it's 9 years later. Many other non-Fords as well, as you have shown above. But better than one and a half stars, for sure. Is it LA shot? |
