1950 Commander Starlight coupe.
Note shorter, fatter bumper guards. The Champion's were taller and thinner.
Trunk handle and narrower taillamps ID this as a '50 rather than a '51.
Also, in 1951, the Commander and Champion shared different looking bumper guards.
