It is in Warsaw :) - "Wybrzeże szczecińskie" today - the bridge is in parallel to the river - above the entrance to "Port praski".
The building in the far background on 1st pic is this one - https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Budynek_dawnej_Komory_Wodnej_w_Warszawie (not yet reconstructed - so there is only the middle part).
On 2nd thumb (when you know it is there), you can see "Stadion X-lecia" and on the left, tower building next to "Rondo Waszyngtona". Things have changed there "a bit" - for better and worse (though also the trees have grown already many years ago).
