Car chases: 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air vs Dodge Monaco Police car with lots of mayhem and destruction and impressive stunt driving. The red Corvette and a motorcycle cop also join the chase, culminating in both the 'Vette and the motorcycle cop crashing into a roadblock and the Chevy doing a wheelie to squeeze through the roadblock. The moonshine-hauling Ford F-Series truck vs the 1973 Caprice. The truck constantly swerves all over the road attempting to block the Caprice, causing some oncoming vehicles to go crashing (like the Ford Fairline). David Carradine eventually climbs out, sets alight moonshine bottles and tosses them at the Caprice, sending it crashing through a caravan and eventually off the top of a bridge into a lake! Also a shorter scene with the 1959 Ford Custom 300, where a hostage inside it grabs the wheel and sends it crashing all over the place. Also a chase between two swamp speedboats. |

For IMPDb: Lockheed Constellation c/n 4617, formerly CS-TLB Infante Dom Enrique of TAP Air Portugal, then N4624 with Air Cargo Operations at Miami. Used for spare parts and the remains were mounted atop the Oasis restaurant and gas station on the Tamiami Trail.
