YES! I remember this one more vividly than most detectives' cars ... especially as the series was so weirdly different, funny -- and sadly short-lived. Clinton supposedly also regretted this. Ordinarily Detective #1, Ben Vereen, would do the dirty work, like meet and greet people, while #2, Jeff Goldblum sat in his British cabriolet his nose deep in pulp novels... It just came out on DVD ... so shuold start curculating soon...ish. |
