Is this the Halloween with Michael Myers? I ask this Because there're 2 different films and sequels following them with the name "Halloween". |

No, actually this was the only one without him. I don't remember how I found this out, but the only two that were supposed to have Mike Myers were Halloween I & II. Halloween IV was actually supposed to be a continuation of the third one, and Halloween V & VI were meant to have a separate storyline as well. |

Actually the whole Halloween series was supposed to be a series of movies with different stories that took place on Halloween, but Myers was so popular Carpenter decided to make a sequel to the first one, though I think this was supposed to be the second one. Season of the witch is generally disliked as there is almost no Micheal Myers in it (Clips from Halloween are shown). Carpenter realized that everyone wanted more Micheal and let some one else continue the Myers legacy. |

I will never understand why this movie is so hated. Sure, the title is misleading, as it makes the audience envision Michael Myers vs. witches, but it's still a good movie. I expected it to have at least a 5.5 on IMDB, yet it has only a 4.5, which puts it only a half a star away from being a 3... And anyone who thinks it's that bad has really harsh standards. |
