modell any chases? |

Not really chasing each other, but the Impala and the Falcon have nice "battles" on a couple occasions. But lots of car action in this movie, thus the title. |

![]() ![]() Interesting commentary track on the DVD with director Alex Cox (BBC's Moviedrome) and some of the cast members. The 1964 Chevy Malibu went missing almost immediately and an identical car had to be found. Painted for the last scene in a reflective paint used for road signs. ("which cost $600 a bucket. That entire paint job cost like $6000.") The 1975 Dodge Charger was the actor's personal car. /vehicle_93879-Dodge-Charger-1975.html . The Ford Falcon of the Rodriguez Brothers /vehicle_93887-Ford-Falcon-Futura-1964.html ("That was a cool car, that was a great car... And we had duplicates of that, we learned our lesson. One was a four-on-the-floor, the other was an automatic.") They only found one sponsor for the movie, a car freshener company, which explains these: /vehicle_93862-Ford-Thunderbird-1967.html and the cans of "Food"... ![]() ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Upgraded the movie with HD captures and added few more vehicles. I wait for modell's answer to change his thumbnail for new ones in HD quality. Well, as Ford Guy points below this comment, I hope so. Old thumbnails have been changed with new HD ones. -- Last edit: 2012-03-09 19:20:56 |

I'm sure it shouldn't be a problem vilero. If yours are of a higher quality, then you should just go ahead as I'm sure he would understand. |

They thought it was weird a '64 Chevy Malibu was worth $20'000... now that is likely a normal price for one nowadays! |
