greylee ◊ 2011-03-26 05:00	I restored the V-8, 1965 Mustang convertible used in this movie. There were two blue Mustangs, one 6 cyl and one V-8. The V-8 car was used in the action shots and the 6 for non shooting scenes. It was a unibody up restoration with all the movie damage, holes, dents and safety modifications preserved as they were the day the shoot was finished. The car was featured in The Mustang Times (Restored to a Point in Time), driven daily and caused a sensation wherever it went. I sold the car and the new owner put it back to as built by Ford and painted it red. Current whereabouts are unknown. I have a picture of the car with my two kids that I sent to Chuck Norris and he returned it signed. I am currently working on a book of my car stories and it is one of them.
