I came across this listing by accident. It is a long story but a friend of mine was at a meeting in Sag Harbor NY where this film was shot. Alan had a summer house nearby. My friend rented my cars on a commission basis. He was approached by a production assistant. I was also a Ryder truck rental dealer. Bottom line my company supplied all these vehicles and every production and cast courtesy car. They had some for over a year. I am happy to say Alan Alda and I are still friends. Another friend of mine that owned a leasing company helped source cars like the TR6. What a great memory. Some of the motor homes has to be towed to the set because they did not even have engines.
