These are electrically operated, Chevrolet-inspired all-steel Auto-Skooters by Lusse Bros., Inc. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The blue or green ones look like the 1953+ Sport Skooter to me (also seen below), the yellow one is the 1947+ Auto-Skooter. ![]() I'm pretty sure that's a C.P.
